Let’s get cooking! This Culinary Issue is all about celebrating the love of food and those who love making it for others. Our cover star, Chef Nathan Davis, created his business around this idea. The Polished Chef is a private dining service where Davis and his team join clients in their homes to cook and serve incredible meals for any event. Others along the Gulf Coast of Northwest Florida, like the chefs at The Citizen, Ambrosia, and Seagar’s, share their creations in a restaurant setting instead. We’re also thrilled to celebrate the milestone 75th anniversary of Seagrove Village MarketCafé, a local institution in our area. Then, journey with us to NYC as Chef Roberto Santibañez tells his story of blending traditional Mexican cooking with French techniques in his many restaurants around the US and Mexico.
