Best Apps for Mental Health Awareness Month

Our mental health affects everything in our lives, sometimes in ways we don’t even realize. Everyone has dealt with a down or off day, while others experience more long-term effects. It’s important to remember that you are never alone. Especially with the times we are going through now, everyone deals with stress, anxiety, and more issues related to mental health. This is why we all need to take the time to check in with ourselves or with someone to keep our mental state in check. Maybe you need twenty minutes a day to meditate, or perhaps you need an hour of therapy; everyone’s mind is different! As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we are here to give you some ideas for monitoring and improving your mental health from home with some simple mobile apps.
