Episode 6: Tackling Life Through Gratitude with The Widowed Dancer

We had the pleasure of welcoming local author and marine biologist Bryan Martin to the set of VIE Book Club! Originally from Massachusetts, Bryan has lived around the US and now calls Panama City Beach home. Known as “Sea Lion Bryan” due to his love for the ocean and his experience training sea lions for aquatic centers and the U.S. military.

In 2017, Bryan turned to Facebook to share his journey after the passing of his partner. This led to an opportunity with Soaring Spirits International, where he wrote for their blog and represented the LGBTQ community. Bryan compiled his heartfelt posts and additional insights into his self-published debut book, The Widowed Dancer, available on Amazon.
