Join us for light bites and sips as we celebrate the new season and the release of COOK: Cocktails. Cuisine. Culture., the new coffee-table book by VIE magazine, featuring Chef Jim Shirley and Northwest Florida’s best chefs, restaurants, and hospitality experts.

When: Wednesday, March 27th 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Where: 87 Central Square in Seaside, Florida

What: A COOK Launch Party with light bites, sips, and a live jazz trio featuring Justin Schepige, Ronni Kay, and Ben Parsons. Elite Distributing will be on-site representing select vintners and Angel’s Envy bourbon with a specialty cocktail!

This event is free & open to the public.
