“Strength Redefined” Challenge Launches for January

Since learning about the revolutionary Pvolve Method for workouts, whether in the gym or at home, using their digital training platform and thirteen-piece equipment bundle, we’ve been dying to learn more about the brand’s latest fitness challenge, developed in partnership with our January 2025 cover star, Jennifer Aniston! VIE was thrilled to catch up with Dani Coleman, Pvolve’s director of training and Aniston’s trainer, to discuss this all-new, exclusive workout challenge, which launches on Monday, January 6!
“Since Jennifer has partnered with Pvolve these last few years, she’s felt stronger, more mobile, and more defined,” Coleman says. “As a result of her passion for Pvolve, we created the [2024] Spring Challenge—a Jen-inspired workout routine that includes some of our favorite workout sessions and mimics our daily training schedule. Our goal with the Spring Challenge was to encourage more people to move and experience this incredible method firsthand!”
Now, the Pvolve team has a brand-new challenge for its members to enter the new year with their utmost strength, health, and well-being in mind.
About the 2025 Pvolve x Jennifer Aniston Challenge
“We are thrilled for the Strength Redefined Challenge to begin,” Coleman says. “The workouts in this challenge maximize how Jen and I train together, utilizing three of our main workout types: Strength & Sculpt, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training. Since we’ve incorporated heavier weights into our training, which you’ll find in our Progressive Weight Training format, we’ve focused on increasing lean muscle mass, and she’s felt stronger than ever! The challenge also brings Pvolve Head Trainers and our Chief Training Officer together for the first time with all our formats.”
This challenge is now available for registration through our platform. It officially starts on January 6 and ends on February 17.
Aniston and Coleman are excited to share the new workout challenge with their fans and fellow Pvolve members. The six-week Strength Redefined Challenge is named after the renewed energy and strength Aniston has found through the Pvolve Method and the incorporation of weightlifting into her regimen. It features twenty-four brand-new transformative workouts Aniston takes daily, including Sculpt & Strength, Sculpt & Burn, and Progressive Weight Training.
