The Reflections exhibit is part of Arlo Hotels’ Living Room Gallery Series and is currently on display at the Arlo Chicago hotel. The exhibit showcases stunning creations by Sage Barnes, a Los Angeles-based artist known for combining abstract and street art techniques. The Arlo Chicago hotel provides an engaging atmosphere for the exhibit, featuring a live DJ, light bites, and drinks for guests. This exhibition not only allows visitors to view and purchase Barnes’s art but also supports the gallery’s mission of bringing contemporary art into public spaces for everyone to enjoy.

The Reflections exhibit prominently features Barnes’s Blooms series, revealing his artistic process of layering resin to evoke a sense of “artistic weightlessness and suspension.” Some of the pieces showcased in Arlo Chicago will include Barnes’ Reflection 2 ($4,300), Reflection 3 ($4,300), Reflection 4 ($17,000), Reflection 8 ($11,500), and Reflection 10 ($20,000). The layering technique of this medium not only highlights Barnes’s technical skills but also invites the audience to appreciate the complexity of his creative production process.
