This blooming crocus meadow is located near Zweisimmen in the Swiss canton of Bern. Crocus is usually one of the first spring flowers in Switzerland, spreading across the lowland regions in February and March. In the mountainous regions, they blanket grassy areas in late April and May with their bright purple and white blooms.
