Helen’s HazY Swizz
Ingredients:
Mint leaves (just a few)
Sprig of rosemary
1 oz lime
1 oz simple syrup
.75 oz Don’s Mix #2
.5 oz Rothman & Winter Peach
1 oz Laird’s Applejack Brandy
1 oz Campesino Dark Aged Rum
Splash of Helen’s Haze IPA
Directions:
Muddle mint in the glass (Hurricane glass suggested) and add ice.
Take all the ingredients, shake them in a tin, and pour them into the glass.
Top with Helen’s Haze IPA.
Add a sprig of mint, rosemary, and a lime wheel. Cheers!
Off The Record
Ingredients:
Sprig of dill
Pinch of salt
1 egg white
1 oz lemon
.5 oz Orgeat
.75 oz Byrrh
.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1.5 oz Cathead Vodka
Directions:
Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker.
Add in ice and shake again.
Double-strain the cocktail into a port glass.
Top with a dill sprig and enjoy!
