“I lived in a tent my first year of college because I needed the refuge of the outdoors to help me feel centered. I am worried that the wilderness we take for granted will soon disappear,” says Talley Goodson, founder of Felt Right. His company offers eco-friendly, artistic felt wall coverings to spruce up your space while taking care of our planet.

Inspired by a lifelong passion for outdoor adventures, a deep concern for environmental sustainability, and a career focused on sustainable design for over twenty years, Goodson founded his company to offer customizable felt tiles that can elevate interior and outdoor areas in your home or office.

“We need to make our indoor spaces more inspired, but do it in a way that we don’t harm the planet and its pristine wilderness environments in the process,” Goodson shares. “I loved the idea of helping solve the single-use plastic problem while making our indoor spaces more beautiful and quiet.”

Goodson aims to create a harmonious blend of design and sustainability, ensuring that future generations can enjoy both beautiful indoor spaces and the natural world outside. By offering products that are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly, Felt Right demonstrates a commitment to preserving the planet while enhancing everyday living spaces. Goodson’s vision is not just about creating beautiful decor, but about fostering a deeper connection between people and the environment, encouraging mindful choices that benefit both.

As Felt Right continues to grow, Goodson remains dedicated to his mission of environmental stewardship, showing that with thoughtful design, we can all contribute to a more sustainable and beautiful world.
