Based in Los Angeles, Alyssa Lizarraga has been in the wedding photography industry for over ten years, catering to the most exceptional couples who love community, fashion, and love. Through her work ethic and talent, Lizarraga has traveled the globe photographing magnificent weddings—a passion-turned-profession that feeds her soul. “My mission is to guide my couples in the most authentic way possible and find the right light for them,” she expresses. “I love it when my couples put their hearts and souls into their wedding to show off their unique style. The thoughtful details, sophistication, and chic decor—all of it lights me up inside, and having the opportunity to capture these timeless memories is what I live for.”

At age 18, Lizarraga fell in love with the concepts of love and light—two essential elements of a wedding. She was studying fashion photography and shooting film at California State University, Los Angeles when she was first asked to photograph a wedding. It was this experience that made her realize this was where she wanted to be.

Lizarraga has had the honor to photograph the most beautiful, kind, and refined couples. And after she shot her first wedding in Hawaii, she knew that she wanted to take her photography all over the world. That way she could experience the world, while photographing people she loves.
