On January 15, 2024, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences honored the best in American television programming with the annual Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The Bear and Succession led the night with six wins each, while Sir Elton John clenched the coveted EGOT (Emmy, Golden Globe, Oscar, Tony) with his win for Outstanding Variety Special (Live).
