For those who have experienced the magic of Scenic Highway 30-A in Northwest Florida, the allure is undeniable—winding pathways, emerald Gulf waters, and architecture that evokes the romance of a European seaside retreat, a Bermudan escape, or an island getaway. Yet, beyond the postcard-perfect scenery lies something even more exceptional: a level of hospitality that transforms a vacation into something deeply personal. At the heart of this experience is The All Seasons Collection 30A, a boutique property management company that, for fifteen years, has set a high standard for luxury rental services along 30-A’s east end.

Founded by Cheryl Moodie, a hospitality industry luminary with over three decades of experience, The All Seasons Collection 30A is more than just a management company—it is a concierge-style service rooted in excellence, exclusivity, and an unwavering commitment to homeowners and guests alike.

A Legacy of Luxury
Cheryl’s journey to creating this refined approach to vacation rental management began with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she was among the pioneering team members who shaped the brand’s legendary service philosophy. In 1993, she broke barriers as the first female General Manager in North America, a distinction that foreshadowed her ability to redefine hospitality at every turn.

Bringing this expertise to 30-A’s Rosemary Beach® community, Cheryl saw an opportunity to craft a property management experience that mirrored five-star hotel service while maintaining a boutique, community-first mindset. The key? A steadfast commitment to what she calls “Exclusively Rosemary.”

“My focus is to remain dedicated solely to this community,” Cheryl shares. “That exclusivity allows us to provide an unparalleled level of attention to our homeowners and the guests who return year after year. Every home under our management came to us through word of mouth—that speaks volumes about the trust and relationships we’ve built.”

Welcome to our annual Gentlemen’s Issue featuring the legendary Kevin Costner on the cover. This ruggedly handsome Academy Award-winning actor and filmmaker has recently ventured into documentary filmmaking with his new project, Yellowstone to Yosemite. This limited series focuses on Yosemite National Park and the legacy of its founding and preservation while showcasing breathtaking visuals of iconic geology, flora, and fauna, spanning from Glacier Point to El Capitan to Yosemite Falls. Streaming on FOX Nation, the series is both captivating and inspirational. Watching it was educational, as it is packed with fascinating information about the birth of this national treasure and the history that followed as a result of preserving this natural masterpiece.

Costner has starred in several critically acclaimed films including Dances with Wolves, Field of Dreams, The Untouchables, and many more. His work in Paramount’s Yellowstone marked his first regular TV role and Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama Series in 2023. It was also nominated for a SAG Award for Drama Series Ensemble. Costner has won two Academy Awards and two Golden Globes for his performance in and directing of Dances with Wolves, an Emmy, and a SAG Award for his role in Hatfields & McCoys, and a SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in Hidden Figures. His latest film, Horizon: An American Saga Chapter 1, premiered in June 2024. It is a great honor to publish his story in this issue.

The US is home to 63 diverse national parks designated and managed by the National Park Service, which oversees more than 400 properties, including national monuments, historical parks, and national battlefields. It’s time to take our cues from Costner and explore our countryside! “America the Beautiful” awaits.

This issue is dedicated to honoring good men everywhere. Personally, I am fortunate to be married to a true gentleman who, time and time again, demonstrates to me the meaning of love.

Amsterdam has absolutely been my favorite vacation destination so far. It had a calm, romantic vibe but still had an energetic feeling at night that created a good balance. It was truly beautiful, and the people were very nice, open-minded, and accepting, which created a welcoming environment. Somewhere I’ve yet to visit but have always dreamed of going to is Greece. I’ve wanted to travel to the islands there since I was younger.

Preserving a Lost Way of Life
Interview by Jordan Staggs
Photography by Michael Chinnici

Michael Chinnici, a visual artist born in Brooklyn, New York, in the late 1950s, grew up in a creatively rich environment. His mother was a talented artist, sculptor, and painter, while his father was a jeweler who designed and crafted fine pieces, had a passion for carpentry and woodworking, and enjoyed photography. These artistic interests greatly influenced Michael from a young age as he explored various creative endeavors throughout his childhood. He painted, designed and built custom guitars, customized cars, rebuilt engines, and played in rock bands, among other hobbies.

“My love for photography began at age eleven in the basement darkroom of my parents’ house,” he recalls. “I was fortunate to have access to my father’s Nikon cameras, which allowed me to explore the craft from an early age. However, instead of pursuing photography as a profession right away, I chose to follow a creative path in design, advertising, and marketing.”

While pursuing his university education in design and advertising with photography as a minor, Chinnici says he hoped to be a creative director in an ad agency, with photography as a personal passion rather than a profession. By the age of twenty-two, he established his first design studio, which evolved into a full-service ad agency by the time he turned thirty. At thirty-seven, he launched Icon Digital, New York’s first digital photo studio, as a natural extension of his creative ventures. “The ad agency had grown to about sixty employees when I sold it in 2000 to pursue photography and photo-centric travel,” Chinnici shares.

London is my favorite place to visit, and I’d hop the pond to see this exciting city any time of year to enjoy some of the best cuisine in the world in a city dotted with quiet gardens and filled with locals who have a super sense of humor! I’m dreaming of going on an African safari to experience the beauty and balance of nature in the wild. Of course, I’d pick a luxury safari where sunsets are served with chilled champagne.

RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) is known for creating stunning furniture and unique lifestyle experiences. With iconic pieces like The Cloud Sofa and an expansion into hospitality featuring twenty-two fine-dining restaurants across North America, the brand doesn’t adhere to the idea of what is “expected.” The most recent development in the RH design philosophy could be its most innovative yet. RH Three is a groundbreaking expedition yacht that embodies the brand’s signature style, exceptional craftsmanship, and a wide range of luxurious amenities on board.

The thirty-nine-meter custom expedition yacht was retrofitted to accommodate eight guests. It features four separate cabins for maximized spaciousness and luxury. A one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio ensures top-class service and a highly curated experience tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

RH has expanded its hospitality portfolio in recent years, including the opening of the bespoke hotel, RH Guesthouse, in New York City, with six guest rooms, three suites, one residence, a restaurant, and the Champagne & Caviar Bar. The brand also launched private Gulfstream jets named RH One and RH Two. However, the company initially had no immediate plans to enter the yachting industry. The idea for the project was sparked by coincidence (or fate) when a Belgian designer contacted RH Chairman and CEO Gary Friedman after spotting a luxury yacht named RH3 for sale by an independent owner. After touring the boat with the design team in Sicily, RH officially acquired the yacht in 2019 and renamed it RH Three. From there, they began the necessary refurbishment to make the vessel a seamless addition to the brand.
