“Around the World” Italian Dinner

Members of the VIE team enjoyed a delicious feast on April 9, 2015, at Roux 30a in Grayton Beach, Florida. This private dining, catering, and culinary instruction business opened in 2014 and owner/head chef, Nikhil Abuvala, has become a local favorite for private and large events since then. Roux 30a has also implemented a series of “Around the World” themed dinners that are open for the public to purchase a seat at the table, with menus inspired by places such as Morocco, India, Japan, and, most recently, Italy.
