Saturdays with the Pop Art Queen

Artist and entrepreneur Ashley Longshore’s ongoing Saturday Series is a celebration of creatives and an opportunity for the New York City community to interact with them! “I want to fuel artists to go for it by hosting candid discussions with top-notch talent,” says the creator. “I will invite the public to my studio to interact with trailblazers from the art, fashion, theater, and culinary circles. Our visitors will have access to book signings, performances, tickets, gifts from me, and more! Inspiration sparks a wave of joy—this is my purpose! I truly believe in the power of art, creativity, and community. My first Saturday Series in January featured iconic performer Ryan Raftery!”

This month, Longshore will debut a limited-edition ring in collaboration with fine jewelry connoisseur Harwell Godfrey. 18k gold, white diamonds, and a single champagne diamond converge in this exclusive piece inspired by the “Press for Champagne” buttons found at the renowned Art Deco Russian-inspired haunt Bob Bob Ricard in London. In typical Longshore fashion, the back of the ring will contain her witty phrase, “no pagne, no gain,” next to the quintessential Harwell Godfrey and Ashley Longshore logos.

Moreover, Longshore will host an event at her New York City gallery in SoHo to celebrate Women’s History Month in partnership with Linda Fargo, Fern Mallis, and Teri Agins. Portraits from her ROAR collection will be on display, which celebrates legendary women who have impacted the world. The curation will include never-seen-before ladies to make their debut in Longshore’s portraiture world. All proceeds from this event directly benefit the Fashion Group Foundation who supports the future of young women in the business of fashion and beauty by providing grants, scholarships, mentorship, and industry-specific resources to hone natural talent.
