Working out boosts endorphins, we could all use something that makes us feel good! If you’ve been working from home or been quarantined to your home, a simple fifteen-minute workout can be a total mood booster. Try taking a few minutes on your lunch break for some simple exercises that can get you motivated to finish up the rest of your workday! We love working out from home because there’s no getting ready, making yourself look presentable, driving to the gym, or feeling any judgment from others. Just throw on some workout clothes and get moving!

  1. Right and Left Oblique Crunch — Crunch those quarantine cookies away with oblique crunches!
  2. Squats — Try placing a ball in between your back and a wall; this will allow you to go deeper into a squat.
  3. Cleaning — Cleaning your home is not only useful and essential, but it can also be a workout! Start a sweat while you Swiffer—you can even crank the tunes and throw in some dance moves.
  4. Jump Rope — See if you can jump rope for a whole song! Jumping rope is a fantastic full-body workout.
  5. Plank — Planks are another full body work out that really targets your core muscles and will strengthen your whole body.
  6. Lunges — Add dumbbells to increase difficulty!
  7. Mountain Climbers — Mountain climbers are great for getting your heart rate up and working your lower body.
  8. Dancing — Dancing is a fun way to switch up boring workouts! Turn up your favorite playlist and, if you can, get your family to join in!
  9. Push-Ups — Most people hate push-ups, but they are really great for building strength and muscles in your arms and back! If a full push-up is too tricky, try doing them from your knees until you’re ready to graduate.
  10. Bicep Curls — Bicep curls are great for toning up your arms. If you don’t have free weights at home, you can always get creative with books, or maybe even your kids!
