Locals and friends gathered at the home of Churchill Oaks developers Roy and Wendy Sembera on December 13, 2025, to celebrate the holidays together with a special gallery pop-up starring artists David Harouni of Harouni Gallery and RJ Raizk of Art Gallery New Orleans, wines from Thompson 31fifty Wines, and food from Roux 30a. It was a beautiful evening by the Choctawhatchee Bay!
