Pharrell Williams, the men’s creative director at Louis Vuitton, continues to drive his vision of the brand upward and outward. The LV Spring/Summer 2026 Men’s Collection explores the craft of Parisian dandyism and the culture of India through the lens of modern tailoring and color, all with the urban streetwear twist for which Vuitton is so well known. The result is a thoughtful and worldly collection of ready-to-wear garments, accessories, and bags rooted in tradition and driven by limitless imagination.
In a striking collaboration with Studio Mumbai and architect Bijoy Jain, the Centre Pompidou in Paris serves as the backdrop for this season’s show. The set, inspired by the ancient Indian board game Snakes and Ladders, features prints of large-scale tiles and walkways adorning the carpeting, creating an elegant runway. This stage design embodies the fashion house’s optimistic view of life’s unpredictability—movement, progress, and evolution.
The collection draws from modern Indian fashion, both in spirit and fitting. Sun-faded fabrics, soft tailoring, and rich surface treatments reflect the country’s connection to both nature and city life. There is an overall tone of relaxation that comes through the softness of the bags and loose structure of the clothing. The silhouettes are easy—but sharp—with jackets, waistcoats, and shirts layered on trousers or shorts in a way that is practical and refined. From head to sneaker, the accessories are decorated with understated accents. Even crocodile and ostrich appear mellowed and tinted with a vintage hue. Stripes blend deliberately with checkers, creating a tasteful juxtaposition of patterns.
The color palette plays a major role in this season, taking its cue from India’s landscapes: the walls of Delhi, the haze of Rajasthan, and the midnight of desert skies. Moving away from black to favor deep purples, warm browns, washed greens, and amber tones creates a shift that makes space for more depth. Some pieces appear slightly worn or softened by time, which adds to the lived-in quality of the collection.
Standout pieces of the collection include shell jackets, hiking boots, and fleece-inspired outerwear, all finished in fine details such as prints and embroidery. Even the most traditional, more rugged outdoor items are refined with lace or crystals. It’s a consistent motif in the house’s approach: practical yet high-end.
A thoroughly explored material this season is brown denim, inspired by roasted coffee beans. Instead of using dye, the fabric is woven in a way that allows for natural fade and shifts in wear. Gold hardware and leather loops link the denim and leather, nodding to the house’s history of leather and trunk-making.
A nostalgic note enters with a Louis Vuitton staple: the large trunks. Harkening back to The Darjeeling Limited, the 2007 Wes Anderson film for which Louis Vuitton designed bespoke luggage, creates a retreat to heritage sewn into the very fabric of the show.
Looking closer, even the most casual garments are elevated through painstaking detail. Precise and layered, the collection is adorned with beads, metal thread, lace, stone, and embroidery—all by hand. These are not just surface embellishments; they are integrated into the pieces, with each item treated uniformly and given just as much attention as couture.
The accessories are not excluded from this treatment. From jewelry to footwear, these pieces reflect the collection’s balance of elevated form and function. From silver set with semi-precious stones to aged-gold bangles and ankle bracelets, neckties and hats inspired by cricket uniforms, and jazz shoes with no left or right foot, the collection shows different techniques applied with purpose.
This collection is a redefinition of modern masculinity. The Louis Vuitton man is assured, grounded, aware of the world, and ready to explore it. Each season, Williams continues to build an impressive universe—one with soul, heritage, and innovation. With the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, borders transform from limits to materials for reinvention.
