Kips Bay Decorator Show House Returns to Greenwich Village

One of the most anticipated fixtures on the design calendar is returning to Greenwich Village for its 2026 New York edition of the Kips Bay Decorator Show House. The celebrated fundraiser will transform the historic townhouse at 80 W. Washington Place, once home to famed composer John Philip Sousa and later to Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, into a showcase of design talent. The 1839 Georgian red-brick residence spans nearly 8,700 square feet and will serve as the canvas for some of the industry’s top designers when the Show House opens to the public on September 16, 2026.
