Holiday House, the renowned philanthropic designer showhouse, recently wrapped up the public tours of its first-ever Florida-based design house located in Wellington, just outside Palm Beach. Holiday House Wellington 2026 marked the significant expansion of the nonprofit organization’s national footprint.

The highly anticipated show home featured a curated roster of distinguished interior designers, each creating a unique space across two neighboring residences in Wellington. Participating designers include Arhaus x Baylee Deyon Design, Assure Interiors + Veatrium, Brandusa Niro, Campion Platt, Ciuffo Cabinetry, Coletivo de Arquitetos + Natuzzi Italia, DandyLion, Eichholtz L.I. + Tlina Design, Eisen Design House, Frampton Co, Hannah Brooke Design, HW Interiors, ID Creations, Interiors by John Ryan & Wendy Lynn Interiors, Janus et Cie, Jessica Gersten Design, Krista + Home, Laure Nell Interiors, Lynn Biase Design, Margarita Bravo, ML Interiors NYC, Nikki Levy Interiors, and Radoni Interiors.

Together, the designers brought a dynamic range of perspectives to the project, interpreting Wellington’s equestrian heritage through the lens of relaxed Florida sophistication. Each space, from intimate retreats to light-filled entertaining rooms and outdoor living areas, reflected the designer’s individual aesthetic while contributing to a cohesive, elevated experience across both homes.

Holiday House Wellington took place within Farrell Estates Wellington, an exclusive new development by The Farrell Companies, located in the Palm Beach Polo Golf & Country Club. The limited collection of twenty-seven modern residences ranges from 5,300 to 8,000 square feet and is defined by clean architectural lines, generous indoor-outdoor living, and a strong connection to Wellington’s equestrian lifestyle. The collaboration was sparked following Joe Farrell’s attendance at Holiday House’s White Party in the Hamptons, where he was inspired by the event’s scale, vision, and philanthropic impact.

Founded by designer and breast cancer survivor Iris Dankner, Holiday House was created to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the transformative power of design. Since its inception, Holiday House has raised more than $2 million for breast cancer research and has become a highly anticipated cultural fixture in Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Holiday House Wellington debuted with an Opening Night Gala on March 3, 2026, followed by public tours from March 4 through May 3, 2026. Event leadership reflected the caliber of the presentation, with Christian Siriano serving as Honorary Chair, Jean Shafiroff as Philanthropy Chair, and Andrea Stark, Jayne Chase, Iris Dankner, and Campion Platt serving as Co-Chairs. Holiday House is proudly supported by an exceptional group of generous sponsors, including Arhaus, Arte International, Ciuffo Cabinetry, Corston, Janus et Cie, Kravet, NY Little Elves, Ovature Studios, Perigold, Reflectel Mirror TV, RS Barcelona, Sherwin-Williams, Stark Carpet, Thermador, and The Farrell Companies.

Throughout spring, Holiday House Wellington has served as a hub for design, philanthropy, and community, hosting a rotating calendar of special events and gatherings in support of breast cancer research.
