Expanding its legacy of bespoke craftsmanship, ECD Automotive Design introduces its first custom 1972 Chevy K5 Blazer commission, reinterpreting an American classic through the lens of modern performance and precision. Long celebrated for restoring iconic British vehicles, ECD brings the same intricate attention to detail to this build, preserving the Blazer’s original character while enhancing it with contemporary engineering and finish. From its period-correct two-tone exterior in Dark Olive Poly and Frost White to its upgraded 6.0L V8 engine and refined suspension, the vehicle balances nostalgic design with everyday drivability. Inside, buffalo vinyl seating paired with green houndstooth inlays creates a tailored yet vintage-inspired interior, complemented by integrated modern features that enhance comfort without compromising authenticity. The result is a cohesive expression of craftsmanship that honors the spirit of the original while elevating it for a new era of collectors and enthusiasts.
