Château la Nerthe Wine Dinner at Carbone Vino

CARBONE VINO, located in Miami’s stylish Coconut Grove neighborhood, is pleased to partner with Château La Nerthe, one of the most historic estates of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, for a special evening celebrating the wines of the Rhône Valley.

The evening will begin with a Champagne reception featuring Mozzarella en Carozza canapés, followed by a guided tasting and four-course dining experience. Guests will enjoy Château La Nerthe’s wines—including the 2022 Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc and 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge, among others—thoughtfully paired with Carbone VINO’s signature dishes.

The menu will open with Radicchio & Gorgonzola and Baby Eggplant Scapece, followed by Pumpkin Agnolotti and Mario’s Meatballs. The third course will feature Pork Chop & Peppers and Ribeye Tagliata, served alongside Potatoes Louie and Garlic Broccolini, before concluding with a cheese course and a surprise from the Château to complete the experience.
