Summer officially starts on July 1—at least according to Brian Kelley.

The DIAMOND-selling singer-songwriter is ushering in what he has dubbed “Jimmy Buffett Summer” with the release of his brand-new single on Wednesday, July 1, a celebration of the easygoing, sun-soaked lifestyle that has become synonymous with both his music and his home along Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A.

The new release arrives at an exciting moment for Kelley, who recently reunited with Florida Georgia Line partner Tyler Hubbard for a surprise performance during CMA Fest before returning home to South Walton, Florida. The new single, following spring debuts of “Queen of 30A” and “B-Y-O-Beach,” also sets the tone for the return of his highly anticipated Summer 2026 Surf Post Sessions. This intimate concert series has become one of the area’s most sought-after live music experiences.

Hosted at Tribe Kelley Surf Post in Grayton Beach, Surf Post Sessions have quietly evolved into a destination event since launching in 2022. Nearly 75 performances have sold out, with fans traveling to experience the unique, no-setlist shows. Each evening unfolds organically through live requests, storytelling, and acoustic performances, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a backyard gathering than a traditional concert.

This summer’s Surf Post Sessions featuring Brian Kelley will take place July 23–25, while The Wheeland Brothers will perform July 16 & 17.
