Corcoran Reverie affiliated with The Corcoran Group just over a year ago and has since climbed to the #1 Office Ranking in Northwest Florida based on closed sales volume which totaled over $750 million based on the data received from the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors*. In addition to unprecedented sales volume, Corcoran Reverie also grew its number of agents in its first year as an affiliate of The Corcoran Group, increasing the number of agents from 68 to 102 and serving more than 750 clients.

“Reflecting over the past year, we have seen incredible success and growth as Northwest Florida’s Corcoran affiliate, with two offices now expanding our reach across the Emerald Coast,” said broker and owner Hilary Farnum-Fasth. “We set our mission to open a brokerage with a culture of support and growth among our agents and the result has far exceeded expectations. We truly have something that doesn’t typically exist in real estate.”

Recently, Corcoran Reverie extended its reach in Northwest Florida, with Destin’s respected RealJoy Properties joining the Corcoran Reverie family. With this expansion, Corcoran Reverie added its second office in Destin and the number of agents grew to more than 130, which also expanded the firm’s footprint further into Okaloosa County.

“With the success we had in our first year as a Corcoran affiliate, we knew it was time to expand our reach, especially with the changing real estate market,” added Farnum-Fasth. “We know that things will continue to change as our industry does, but knowing we have Corcoran’s tools and brilliant minds at our disposal gives us the confidence to continue our commitment to our agents and clients, as well as our broader community.”

Following the success Corcoran Reverie achieved this past year, it was the firm’s goal to give back to the community at the one-year anniversary celebration. The community continued to support Corcoran Reverie in its efforts, donating a variety of items to be auctioned off to benefit The Sonder Project – a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower impoverished communities through high-impact, sustainable development. Contributing businesses included Vacayzen, Camp Creek Golf Club, The Lens Bar, Triple J Steak & Seafood, David Warren Photography, Escapology Destin, Blackwell Insurance, La Vie Est Belle, Shades Bar & Grill, Porath & Associates, 30A Olive Oil, Maxine Orange, Duckies Shops of Fun, Mercantile, Bud & alley’s, Sundog Books, Modica Market, The Art of Simple, Spa Lilliana at Hotel Effie, Surf Camp 30A, Wine World, The Citizen, Oko Lifestyle, Indigo, YOLO Board + Beach, and LMN. Through attendees’ generous contributions at the event, Corcoran Reverie raised $6,130 for the organization. To further its commitment to give back to the community that continues to support their success and growth, Corcoran Reverie matched the amount raised through the silent auction, bringing the total donation for The Sonder Project to $12,260.
